Our Core Values

  • Ownership Mentality - We treat the business like it’s our own—because it is. We solve problems, take initiative, and never pass the buck.
  • Obsess Over Quality - From every log we cut to every pallet we ship, we take pride in getting the details right.
  • Communicate Clearly - Whether it's with customers or teammates, we say what we mean and mean what we say. Transparency is our default.
  • Stay Ready - Firewood is a seasonal business—but our team stays sharp, adaptable, and always prepared to pivot and perform.
  • Hustle With Heart - We work hard, but we care harder. We show up for our teammates, our customers, and the communities we serve.
